Shipping policy

Delivery is made to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
Please note that in individual cases orders placed separately will not be combined for logistical reasons, even if they were placed on the same day.

Shipping within Germany

There are no shipping costs.

Shipping within the EU

From 20€ order value there are no delivery costs.

Up to 20€ order value the delivery costs are 3,90€.

Delivery times

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place within the following periods after receipt of payment (with Sofortüberweisung up to two working days after payment instruction).

Germany: 1-3 working days

Europe: 3-5 working days

Immediately after shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
